Return
All orders from Ovoros can be returned within 14 days. To ensure our return guarantee, we kindly ask that items are tested only as they would be in a physical store. Please make sure that the item is returned complete, in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. If items are not returned in their original condition, this may result in a partial refund. For more details on returns, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How to Request a Return:
- Email your return request to support@ovoros.com.
- Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Follow the instructions from our team to select the items you wish to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that your return is sent to the address provided by us. Returns sent to an incorrect address may be refused. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed by our team, and the refund will be issued as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 weeks for this process to be completed.

If the purchased product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for authorised products. Once the exchange request has been approved, the replacement item will be dispatched to you.

How quickly will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned item has been received and checked, you will receive a notification by e-mail. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of authorisation.
